A couple more "before" pictures. As you can see the place has a very dated look with the yellow vinyl wainscoting. Luckily the floor and walls don't have any asbestos in them. Notice the clawfoot tub as well. We hope to keep it and give it an updated touch to keep some of the feel of the era. The unit is from 1912, so we don't want to make it too modern overall.
